Play the bounce if it comes when the D falls off as the new "equity" partner dumps the remaining 70,000,000 AS and right before Marc raises the AS again, which IMO, will be between the extension request and 10K, maybe earlier, but no real need. Then, wait for another bounce sub penny IMO.
