I think the financials are late because of accounting for the China linked acquisition. This might have caused difference of opinion with the auditor. That being said, they both knew well in advance of the situation that year end statements were coming. Whatever the issue is the year ends should have been anticipated.
There's a lot more to ATTBF... dig a little deeper. They have the tools to thrive, just waiting on the times to catch up with the obvious (marijuana has many benefits and positives to offer).
