I wasn't aware of this until now. Mayo Clinic's list of risks for UP includes (emphasis mine):

Radiation therapy for cancer. Radiation therapy directed at or near your rectum (such as for rectal, ovarian or prostate cancer) increases your risk of proctitis.

They can tell us the serum concentration of Brilacidin for this cohort but they cannot tell us the endoscopic data? Does that make any sense? So what aren't they willing to say?
