Until that catalyst, fish for cheap shares! Small float so fakouts can happen, but I am sure we will all notice Mal MM f^ckery on the ask. If no real dilution hits, load in quiet IMO. It took EWLL a couple weeks of bouncing between .009-.02 to actually take off, and have seen other RM's take months to run
