Yeah well it seems pretty obvious that we're not going to get any update directly from the company, other than the talking points that they drip upon us through posters here, so I was hoping that perhaps than the 10K due next week we're going to get some insight if not by default if they get it out in time but knowing them they probably get the 5-day extension.
It'd be nice to have a better understanding of the funding commitments since if that evaporates like it did with hdsi will all evaporate again.
I'm pretty sure that surrendering of the license was at the same time of separation from Source Capital, before being named CEO.
