So, the value is not maintained? In other words, in order for me to end up with the same value pre reverse, the share price would need to be $1.00 - evidently this is somehow not going to happen. Not surprised. This stock has been nothing but SHADY.

I doubt that scheme will ever work. It seems highly unlikely that BH will ever manage to find anyone else who will provide him with funds. But, a real sucker is born every day.
