They're probably under investigation now. Better to just stay quiet, let the latest toxic notes convert/dump this summer and then move a new scam into the shell when the heat is off a year or so from now.

Wade does the same thing over and over.

This is a pink....but it has registered shares under the Exchange Act and is fully reporting (even though it doesn't fully report). Thus the SEC has a lot more authority than with the little to no authority it has on non-reporting pinks.

Nate has to be a little more careful in how he recycles the scams.
