#1582 RE: quicksilver459 #1580

Read my previous post. yes 3.18. I wouldn't touch any other shipper especially DryShips, with 4 rs's in one year and death spiral financials. ALL foreign companies with long term DEBT (most very toxic) and have huge net loss and Never-ending dilution. Trading at 200+ PE, means huge over-bought. most have zero value. Folks will be realized soon that SINO has much more to offer and PPS will react respectively.

if there is one Solid shipper, that's SINO. beats again, EPS increased by 33%, .11 EPS equal to $10+ PPS on a very conservative PE of only 1/10 shipping PE industry. good DD will show you whats coming the near future and the fact that institution investors just plop down millions of $ here say it all. they wanna see at least double or more here for good reasons.
These guys are in the exact right place at the exact right time while others shippers trying hard to survive and facing a huge net lose and toxic debt, SINO holds no long term debt, already profitable and profit margin surging. float remains 2.75m (9.5m O/S). Remember no long term dent means: 1. no dilution 2. profit margin surging, pure net income as we just have seen, 2 weeks ago.

DCIX net loss $126m, DRYS net loss $120m, SB net loss $51m, ESEA net loss $27m, GLBS Net loss $2.8m. SINO only non foreign shipper company. I don't trust others.

Company signed two significant agreements with COSCO and Sinotrans in December 2016. (we are talking about one of largest
shipping agency in the World, more info about COSCO, below). SINO is their Gate to America, think of Fees.. Pursuant agreements, SINO will receive a percentage of the total amount of each transportation fee for the arrangement of inland transportation services shipments into U.S. ports. In December 2016, the Company Also completed the development of full-service logistics platform, and a website portal to seamlessly connect shipping customers with short-haul trucking transportation services throughout the U.S. now accessible through the Company’s website.

"additional customers and strategic partnerships in the future." per Management comments 2 weeks ago following earnings Beats.
