All ridiculous. Protective orders are not permitted under Federal Securities Laws. I already told you what the SEC requires, and TALK hasn't done it. So that is a dead issue.

There are no quiet periods for uplisting. And unless TALK is listing on a National Securities Exchange (NYSE, NYSE MKT or NASDAQ), they are not "uplisting". The made-up tiers and markets by OTCMarkets, who is not a regulator but just a paid PR company, do not count as they are not exchanges, and therefore not a "listing".

So now you are claiming TALK and its insiders are involved in drug trafficking? They are definitely breaking a lot of a laws, but those aren't the ones. And that would still not apply to their periodic and annual reporting requirements under the '34 Act.

All these excuses are ridiculous. TALK is, without a doubt, seriously delinquent in their SEC reporting requirements. And for that reason, they are subject to immediate suspension and eventual revocation of their stock. It could happen at any time, without any warning.
