The above is what happened with the last known stock Brick was associated with, He took over the shell in May, and RM occured in November that year.
So I'm guessing Joe just did the cleaning up and Brian is in charge of the RM with a clean shell. My thinking is either we see Brian appointed as CEO and then the transaction takes place (hopefully he has a merger candidate lined up already), or with the site for blue and gold ventures llc saying coming soon, there may be a slight chance Brian is taking this company public.
