If TCA and Ptah are negotiating a settlement, is the BOD-portfolio manager (Donna Silverman) allowed to disclose that information? I am asking because it seems like they refuse to give any update and say that there is no update yet.
I am pretty sure she can't. This may be me just being optimistic but settlement negotiation is my best guess as to what is happening here. Why else would there be no court updates for close to 7 months now? As one poster mentioned b4, almost all of TCA lawsuits end up being settled.
