Upon the Effective Date of the reverse-split, the Company will have 8,664,050 shares issued and outstanding and will have 19,800,000,000 shares of authorized Common Stock.


The big A/S is a dead giveaway what there setting up for. Tiny O/S with a huge A/S makes me believe that Benny is getting ready to fire up the printing press again.

I have got to be misunderstanding this breakdown. I own 150,000,000 shares... does that mean I have more shares than Benny?
