I said it 3 years ago - Nasrat isn't going to partner with anyone big until the company gets an ADT product approved. I still stand by this. A BP is going to want more up front prior to approval then Nasrat is willing to give. Just my opinion. A partner gets inked for additional ADT products post SequestOx approval.

I mostly agree with this although I don't think it's as much an issue with the technology as it is Nasrat and the other sides playing hardball. But at this point, I'd much rather Nasrat take a slightly less favorable deal if it infuses Elite with non-dilutive cash to easily move forward on multiple ADT products at once. A smaller piece of the pie is a hell of a lot better than no piece at all.
