That's partially true. You're right in saying there's no boogie man but you're not correct in saying the Government is not in the business of evaluating companies. That's been the case since civilization arose.
Just staying, they need to get their butt in gear on this one or the masses will be quite upset (when it's the masses responsibility in the first place to alert the Gov. of what should be priority - paradoxes, so much fun).
