No, it's not.

That is literally an impossibility as the short interest on CTIX is just under 875,000, and would take less than a day to cover.

And ignore the noise about "today's short interest was xx% of the traded volume".

That claim is based on a deliberate misunderstanding of the real picture, and is most often used by those looking to disguise the true nature of penny stock pump and dump schemes (sure hope CTIX isn't one of those, but those claims on a daily basis are a big red flag).
