Good questions. When you find out please let everyone know. Many here have been in this stock for years and years wondering about those things. But to the best of my knowledge you can pick any share structure you want and no one will ever be able to prove you wrong. As for the number of shares at 0001. How many would you like? You name the number and hit that buy button, they're yours!!! LOL
