I'm sure Art will know more about this, but I think the fine tuning is already done in the lab. Bringing a new reactor into production should be pretty quick. All they have to do is to duplicate the programming from the lab to the computer of the new reactor. Or is this to simplistic Art?
Anyway... We have our reactors in the lab to get them started with first production...
