That is what I am saying .0001 to .0087 is like owcp going from .003 to 2.04. People were holding millions maybe tens of millions. This has been consolidating to where people now only holding 100s of thousands and millions.

do those shares the "people" lost go in a broker's hipsack for a buyback down the road?
