Ok, let's step through your theory...
1. Where would Vanis (the clown) come up with the money to launch a bottle rocket much less Fizz? As of last reporting he was in default on the LOC, had ZERO revenues and no other finance streams.
2.How would he store and distribute as he's folded up Avenzar and all it's resources? In his rental house garage?
3.How would he bottle it as again, he's got no money, pass the hat on a corner?
4. Who would sell it as his last go around failed so badly, I can't imagine any store he's previously dealt with would ever touch him again.
