Was not covered by BK or SEC it's a Cayman Island company geeez, you should know all of this by now. Go back and read the BK paper and you will see the company that BK, it was not Vantage Drilling Company they are being liquidated in the Cayman Island court system. If shareholders are going to receive anything why has KPMG never sent anything to the them. You should have a notice from the courts to submit how much your claim or how many shares you are holding....
