Again, why file and put damaging (potentially) information out there if you don't plan to issue the shares? This company and management has a history. Read it and you will see many anomalies and maybe gain some insight to the future, based on history and their past. Market and pps seem to support my theory. Not bashing, lost my butt here and would love the opportunity to get some back, but don't see how?
