If LP deal is ever terminated, I fear Elite will have no choice but to access the extremely toxic death spiral funding..
I mean, in nasrats history with Elite, he hasnt been able to attract investment on any more favorable terms than LP... he said as much on one of his earnings calls..
I guess its starting to sink in with shareholders now, the stock is drifting much lower and about to fall off a cliff.
