Up 200% really just means you're still down a minimum of 26%, less RS charges, from the massive RS and anyone holding longer than one year is buried beyond belief. Plus, volume is anemic, it's illiquid, not enough volume on any one day to support one worthwhile trade, let alone create market interest. It's a failed, long running P and D trying to create enough forward looking fluff to print more paper. Nothing more, nothing less.
