True Triple9, No One In Their Right Mind will sell a Single Share knowing what's ahead for the Company.

Looking at the tape it blows my mind. Unless it's just day traders doing their thing. I can't wrap my head around how an investor would sell a single share with safety and efficacy results about to drop, and that those results are pretty much a foregone conclusion at this point.
