What? "A buyback does not do the job." Enlighten me on this statement.

The way I understand it is that a buyback reduces the shares outstanding without screwing with the current shareholders.

Not going to happen, IMHO. Because then that would mean JF would be doing something good for us shareholders... JF has never had the will to that. LOL.

With 4.3 Billion known in OS and possibly nearer and/or greater than 5 on next update....what makes you think they will not RS....there is no other way for GZFX to reduce the OS to a respectable number of shares....especially if they follow through on continued dilution via issuing CDs to GGI for Cash....which I also do not see how they will not continue...it is GZFX's only financing mechanism to date!

10 Billion OS soon enough....wonder what they will do with the additional 15 Billion in authorized shares after that...

Usually penny companies issue all of the authorized before RS....will GZFX/JF do that????
