How hard would it be for the people running this subsidiary to update the website to reflect the fact that they are a part of ngbl?

How hard would it be for them to update the site to show that THEY ARE NO LONGER OWNED BY MEDBOX OR NOTIS?

Sure looks like there is an intent to deceive folks here. But that is what scam companies do (to borrow someone else's quote)!
