i could see a scenario where financing is ongoing
and without any deal for shares in place...
lots of ways and lots of reasons
insiders are probably rocketing the company forward
maybe because the other plans were proving to be too time consuming
just taking the principle of dilution into account,,,
even that could be a main reason for this situation
otherwise 'there may be' quite alot of 'it'.
and dont forget our market positioning on the runway,,,
you really want to preserve that
its possible they may have a plan that is bringing a 'quick' solution.....
