Hold on! There is so much we don't know. RMHB has contracted to grow Hemp on Indian land and for all I know they could be growing other things as well. In time I do believe RMHB will be involved in marijuana when it becomes legal to do so. Right now they could get involved in the legal states of which there are several. This business is in transition and will change with the tide. Any statement made today may well be out of date tomorrow.

They are merely excluding companies involved in activities that aren't legal in all 50 states. RMHB products are legal in all 50 states.
