I would only expect more dilution at this point. And if that is followed by management awarding themselves more warrants, shareholders should revolt. A friendly board has lead to absolutely zero sense of urgency. No vision whatsoever. We need a cut throat team running this company and not this junior varsity team. This product has James Beard potential but instead delivers McDonald's quality food. When is enough? At some point the financing will get toxic, yet another reverse will be needed and we can all kiss our investments goodbye. Yes we have had a nice little run lately but volume is nonexistent. If anyone with a decent sized position wanted to sell then look out below.
I am also voting against every measure proposed next go around if we do not see results. and I encourage everyone to vote as well or they will end up voting for you as I suspect they recently did.
