You're not paying attention, xero. The lawyer issue came about as a result of someone claiming that the current shareholders hold rights as plaintiffs in the action that transpired years ago. They don't.
But that's my opinion, hence, ask a lawyer.
Now, using the RMTD as a shell for a R/M is plausible. I wouldn't deny that possibility.
