I doubt there are shareholders here with a bag heavy enough to even consider the expense of a lawsuit. If there were, it would have already been done by now.
It seems you don't realize that the people who purchased after the deal was done weren't harmed by it, so they would hold no standing as a plaintiff in any action against Telogis.
