The homes on the lake are more in the 1 mil to 4 mil....however, there are houses not directly on the lake that are in the $350k-$900k range. The school system in Hamilton County is amazing and their are several private schools that are highly rated.....bottom line is u and ur family wld love living here. More importantly, I will love having a friend to hang out w/....LMAO!!
