Its easy to look into the past and say failure.. However it takes some optimism to look into the future and see success.

I agree it would take quite a bit of optimism based on the last report filed when Sinclair said they need to find a "shipwreck context."

So Fudd states a conclusion the expert hasn't reached, huh?

Just like he told the Court gold coins were found on the site and the expert knew nothing about it.
