This is incorrect

According to TA and CEO the average conversion rate was north of .0030 PPS

You can simply read the financials and study the note schedule. The conversion rate of the notes had a to market discount based on an average 10 day low during look back period.

Please go back and re do the math and read the filings. Your numbers are off by a factor of 4x minimum


The conversion rate will be at a discount of 48% of the lowest average price for ten days prior to the actual date of conversion
