I would imagine Frank Russo and all others who had control of this shell are out of the picture after the auditors in Florida got in trouble years ago. The size of the block trades that began this past week would indicate market maker positioning or those in control of the majority of the shares are positioning this shell for something unknown which may be revealed in the coming days/weeks.
