#41 RE: Gokker #40

A Reverse split of 100 to 1. No news PR out at all. I had my shares split by 100 that I owned. I was told by my Broker that it was TA ordered. Outside of that there is little other info they could find.

If the share float that was publicly known prior to the split still stands then there should only be 180,000 total shares now in the float. That is a very, very small amount of shares. Volume has dropped way off with so few shares now available. The spread is really whacko right now with the low float and very low volume. Each of the last two days it appears the MM's have tried to show a real low close. Yesterday I noticed they closed the price at $.55 but then had trades less than a minute after the close going for $2.00.

One hunch that I have is possibly they are trying to toast what could be a bunch of naked shorts on the stock? I am not sure why else they would Reverse Split such a lower float stock to begin with? I believe this stock is one to watch int he coming two weeks. I am wondering if they will wait a week or so and then start a PR blitz that could totally crush naked shorts that were left hanging out there when they changed the ticker symbol and executed this Reverse Split? What I am wondering is if there were for example 2 million naked shorts out there when they suddenly and unexpectedly did this Reverse Split that now these naked shorts still have to do a 1 for 1 cover even though there now is a much smaller float to find shares from?

My question for anyone out there that might know is for example if 2 million naked shorted shares existed prior to this Reverse Split which appears to have taken the total OS share count to 180,000 then do they still have to find 2,000,000 shares to cover since they did not have real stock ownership in the first place? My reasoning is all of us who owned the shares got 1/100 of the share count we used to own, but these naked shorts if they do exist would nto get their naked shorts split back by 100 but instead would still have to cover the same amount they were short? Hope that makes sense. If my hunch is correct then this could be one massive short squeeze real soon. As a shareholder there was no warning for this Reverse split and still has been no explanation. The real anemic volume is showing that there are few shares available to be traded. If there are shorts caught right now, how long do they have before they have to find real shares under the new name to cover?
