So how come he responded to every question before you were actually able to ask it according to your timeline of how the "ACTUAL" conversation/transcript occured. Your email states he answered "should be days" @ 10:25 a.m. And to which you then asked @ 1:18 p.m. obviously he responded prior to actually being asked the question. Per your email that is.
