Do what works for you, I added the dip and might add more this week as some can't hold more then a day or week and that's there choice and money or liquidity. But loading this level should pay off big time in a few weeks as the chart always shows higher highs hit every few weeks as we been slowly on the rise here since 0.0018 and News/updates etc will keep it high for a while when that happens Imo.
