10K posted over a year late, not a positive, not did it or the rest of the years filings, also late, share a single sentence that could be viewed as a positive. But, they may try to run it before they're late on the upcoming 10K due next month and announce the RS. KK is a proven POS criminal, his only motivation is to print paper, the filings simply allow for the RS. But, he may wait a year to do it, like the past few years, always ridiculously late to report zero revenue, zero business, and massive dilution.
