Correct, it's irresponsible, at best, for SHOM to distribute PRs which are not based on FACT. It merely proves them to be malfeasant. Just the fact that Coca-Cola East Japan said the first PR was a lie is a huge red flag. That SHOM issued a followup is immaterial, since the stock was clearly pumped, then dumped on what SHOM either knew, or should have known, was false. That's more than malfeasance, it's securities fraud.

Facts are facts and usually can only be verified after the fact.
Calling something a fact without any evidence of it being a fact is irresponsible.

Ignoring the shom facts has proven to be an unwise move that has landed traders upside down in a false press releasing non share structure disclosing stock selling scam.
Its a sure fire fast track quick path to poverty from which there is no escape.
