It appears that even the existing convertible debenture holders are having a tough time selling their shares now.
I consider it highly likely that erhe is in default on the cd notes. Considering that they convert at around 50% of the lowest bid, and the closing price was .00001, the remaining AS of approximately 2B would only take care of 10k worth of debt....
