Big offerings? OWCP shouldn't need much cash, as they announced having enough for 2017 operations for sure.

The other thing to highlight AGAIN is: Debt Free! and “Sufficient funds to complete current 2017 operating and BP”.

So, if they did an offering... It'd be a half million to a million new shares (I assume, considering the current PPS) to fund more research and trials - which I welcome! Trials turn into product development and eventually revenue/profit. All translating to a bigger share price for us!
