I think the principles of the company are trying to shake some shares out...i think they are holding out on the financials trying to pick up as many as possible.

Once next quarters earnings are out this stock is going to fly and they know it and want to get their hands on as many as possible.

Earnings from May 31st are almost certainly going to have continued into the next quarter. I wont be surprised if this hits 2 to 4 cents after earnings come out. They know what they have in place and the only reason to follow up a positive quarter with late filings are to drive the price down and withhold new...which is what they are doing
