This definitely got pumped/front loaded prior to the court date on 2/10. Good news is, the reorg plan doesn't state cancellation of shares and it is required by BK law for to company to have insurance since they are still operating. If this was a turd, they wouldn't need insurance.
That's a big positive in my eyes.
CH 11 is more safer than CH 7 whereas in CH 7, it's a fire sale
