Thats exactly the point. We both agree. That point was never refuted. The question is... why is TCA not pursuing in court? Why has there been a 6 month delay prior to filing every month?
Ur guess is that TCA is not in a hurry....my argument to that is, why wud sum1 who is looking to get paid intentionally delay things for 6 months unless something else was up? As I said, i dont buy the TCA not being in a hurry as the reason, it doesn't make logical sense, guess we agree to disagree here.
