confused by what u mean by that statement? are u saying that just because we havent heard anything for 6 months... that doesn't mean things are done?

I would say not hearing something for 6 months is a positive. It almost has to mean that they are trying to settle out of court or else, why wud the court have hearings every month and then suddenly stop for 6 months?
