Be cautious though. Any new OTTV debt could have been issued soon after the last 10-Q reporting date, which was for the quarterly period ended July 31, 2016. It was filed on 9/13/2016. For example, if it was issued after September 13 (anything prior would show under "Subsequent Events"), we would not know about it yet. However, with the usual 6 month conversion moratorium on the new debt it could be converted in March.
