My point was the environmental permits claim. The FBAR.....

said they don't have copies of those, yet the permit requires they provide them before disturbing the seabed. And SFRX doesn't list them in their SEC filings, but they have listed other environmental permits on other sites.

Anyone can make a public records request and I have ask for some time for someone to present proof the USACE and DEP permits exist.
