If there is some fake news and it runs, yes. If it R/S's not so good. Other option is to raise Authorized, but without a Pr or filing there is no catalyst for a run. Just someone who is an insider or did a search and found out that the shell had come alive and started promoting it. It has had a few bounces during individual trading days where a flipper could make a few ticks, but been going down steady since Feb 01
