It means that poor old Dorothy Mae is REALLY pissed that she got steamrolled by big business over the years.
That is of course if any of it is legit. There is no telling what the accuracy or veracity of her claims are.
$3Mil for lumber claims. Couple Mil for royalties. Legal fees. All sorts of stuff in there....pretty big and bold accusations.
If she can actually prove any of that stuff, there is going to be doodoo flying everywhere!
I'm just not sure what the BK Court will be able to do with any of that stuff. If I had to guess, I'd say it won't even be entertained. The Judge may kindly refer that to a different Court for a ruling on her claims. If he does give her a reasonable chance...I'm afraid to say that she will probably take a beatdown by the sharks.
Hard to say whether I feel bad or not. If it's legit, pay her her due. Based on the content of that filing though, I'm afraid that "natural law" and the "wrong doers rule" isn't going to cut it in Federal BK Court.
